1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for a viphp account, accessing the viphp.cam website, or using any services provided by viphp (collectively, the "Services"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"), as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Services and may not create or maintain a viphp account.

viphp reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent changes were made.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register for and use the viphp Services. This requirement is mandated by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines governing online gaming and gambling activities. By creating a viphp account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. viphp reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification documents. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any account balance.

2.2 Jurisdiction and Legal Compliance

The viphp platform is intended solely for use by residents of the Republic of the Philippines. By using the Services, you confirm that you are physically located within the Philippines at the time of account registration and gameplay. You agree to comply with all applicable Philippine laws and regulations regarding online gaming, including but not limited to regulations issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and other relevant authorities.

It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the viphp Services is lawful in your jurisdiction. viphp makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or available for use outside the Philippines.

2.3 Account Registration

To access the viphp Services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, email address, and residential address. You agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information during registration;
• Maintain the accuracy of your account information by promptly updating any changes;
• Register only one account per person — duplicate or multiple accounts are strictly prohibited;
• Keep your viphp Login credentials (username and password) secure and confidential;
• Notify viphp immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

viphp reserves the right to verify your identity by requesting additional documentation, including government-issued photo identification and proof of address. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or termination.

2.4 Prohibited Users

The following individuals are prohibited from using the viphp Services:

• Persons under 21 years of age;
• Persons located outside the Republic of the Philippines;
• Persons who have previously had their viphp account suspended or terminated;
• Persons who are self-excluded or otherwise restricted from gambling activities;
• Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of viphp or its affiliates;
• Persons acting on behalf of another individual or entity (accounts must be registered in your own name).

3. Account Responsibilities and Security

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your viphp Login credentials. You agree not to share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held responsible for all transactions, wagers, deposits, and withdrawals made using your account credentials.

viphp strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) to enhance the security of your account. While viphp implements industry-standard security measures, you acknowledge that no system is completely secure, and you assume the risk of unauthorized access resulting from your failure to adequately protect your credentials.

3.2 Account Integrity

You agree that you will not:

• Allow any other person to access or use your viphp account;
• Create multiple accounts or operate accounts on behalf of others;
• Use automated software, bots, scripts, or any other means to manipulate or interfere with the Services;
• Engage in collusion, chip dumping, bonus abuse, or any other form of fraudulent activity;
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with viphp software or systems;
• Use VPNs, proxies, or other tools to disguise your location or identity;
• Engage in money laundering or use the viphp platform for any illegal purpose.

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of account balances, and possible referral to law enforcement authorities.

3.3 Account Suspension and Termination

viphp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions;
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• Failure to provide requested verification documents;
• Use of the Services in a manner that violates applicable laws;
• Prolonged account inactivity (over 12 months with no login or transactions).

Upon account termination, any remaining account balance may be forfeited if the termination results from breach of these Terms. If termination is due to reasons unrelated to your conduct, viphp will return any legitimate account balance after deducting applicable fees and pending wagering requirements.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

You may fund your viphp account using the payment methods available on the platform, including GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers, and other methods as designated by viphp from time to time. All deposits must be made in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100, unless otherwise specified in a promotional offer.

Deposits are processed immediately or within the timeframes specified for each payment method. viphp does not charge deposit fees for standard transactions, though your payment provider may impose its own fees. You agree that all funds deposited into your viphp account are your own legally obtained funds and are not derived from illegal or fraudulent activity.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified with valid identification documents;
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied;
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 500;
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and verification requirements.

viphp reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing large withdrawal requests or if suspicious activity is detected. Withdrawals may be delayed or declined if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

viphp is committed to preventing money laundering and complies with all applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations. As part of our AML compliance procedures, viphp may require you to provide additional documentation to verify the source of your funds. You agree to cooperate fully with all AML verification requests. Failure to do so may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

5.1 Bonus Terms

viphp may offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other incentives from time to time (collectively, "Bonuses"). All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, game restrictions, and expiration dates. These specific terms are displayed on the relevant promotional page and must be read carefully before claiming any Bonus.

Bonuses are intended for recreational players and must not be abused. viphp reserves the right to void Bonuses, cancel winnings, and terminate accounts if Bonus abuse is detected, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim Bonuses, irregular betting patterns, or using Bonuses exclusively on low-risk wagering strategies.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from the Bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the Bonus amount (e.g., 30x Bonus). Only wagers made with Bonus funds count toward fulfilling wagering requirements. Different games contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements, as specified in the Bonus terms.

5.3 Bonus Forfeiture

If you request a withdrawal before satisfying the wagering requirements of an active Bonus, the Bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited. Once wagering requirements are met, Bonus winnings are converted to withdrawable cash and credited to your main account balance.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the viphp platform without prior written consent from viphp.

The viphp name, logo, and all related trademarks are the property of viphp. Unauthorized use of viphp trademarks is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, viphp and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.

viphp's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you have deposited into your viphp account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

viphp is not responsible for any losses resulting from:

• Unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to protect your credentials;
• Technical issues, server downtime, or connectivity problems beyond our reasonable control;
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment processors;
• Your violation of these Terms or applicable laws;
• Force majeure events, including natural disasters, wars, strikes, or government actions.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless viphp and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your use of the viphp Services;
• Your breach of these Terms and Conditions;
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations;
• Your infringement of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights;
• Any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity conducted through your account.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the viphp Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

11.2 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting viphp customer support at [email protected]. viphp will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably within thirty (30) days of receiving notice.

11.3 Arbitration

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall be conducted in English in Metro Manila, Philippines. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

12. Miscellaneous Provisions

12.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and viphp regarding your use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

12.3 Waiver

viphp's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of viphp.

12.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without viphp's prior written consent. viphp may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms at any time without notice.
